The Label Starharbour Records was formed in 2008 by Marcus Taylor, an enthusiastic 18 year old musician from Oxfordshire. Prior to forming Starharbour Records, Marcus had released his own electronic dance music from the age of 16 with four different record labels based in Europe and America, Marcus had produced music for over twenty other established artists. |
